Ultimate Coffee Machines LLC – Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Ultimate Coffee Machines LLC ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to the full shipping terms below. These policies ensure safe, transparent delivery of high-value equipment and protect both you and our fulfillment partners.

Order Processing & Verification

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • High-value orders may require additional identity verification.
  • Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

Free Shipping

All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States via standard ground delivery. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Windows

  • In-stock items ship within 24 hours of order completion (except weekends).
  • Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Parcel Post.
  • Special-order, custom, and commercial units may require extended lead times.
  • Carrier delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

How to Check Stock Status

Check the product page for availability:

  • "In-Stock" = Ships from our warehouse within 24 hours
  • "Stock Available" = Ships from our distributor within 1-2 business days
  • "Out-of-Stock" = Temporarily unavailable; contact us for estimated availability

Delivery Signature Required

All espresso machines require an adult signature upon delivery.

If the customer fails to sign or refuses delivery, they are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Re-delivery fees
  • Any restocking charges

Shipping Damage (48-Hour Rule)

To prevent fraud and ensure insurance coverage:

All shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer must provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the machine and all visible damage
  • Photos of all packaging (if available)

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or repair.

Original packaging must be kept until resolution. Discarding packaging voids claims.

Freight / Palletized Deliveries (Commercial Units)

For LM or freight shipments:

  • Customer must inspect before signing.
  • Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  • Failure to note damage voids freight insurance.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for:

Customer is responsible for re-delivery or re-shipping costs.

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped:

  • ❌ It cannot be cancelled
  • ❌ It cannot be refunded
  • ❌ It must follow our Return Policy
